ONE STEP AT A TIME

One Step at a Time is a three-hour live performance in which I walk in a circle continuously. Without pause, contact, or interruption, I repeat the same movement, regardless of the presence of an audience. The performance depicts the feeling of mental overload and the attempt to cope with it by slowing down and focusing on one step at a time.
